Appointments are held for fifteen minutes past the booked hour. Bridal dates are secured with a 30% advance; trials are payable on the day and credited to a confirmed package.

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and may change with season and product cost — the price at booking is the price you pay.

Rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before a salon ritual and 14 days before a bridal date.
